Parihar brings extensive experience across enterprise technology, sales leadership, business development, strategic account management, and customer-centric transformation initiatives. In his new role, he will focus on advancing HPE’s services and solutions portfolio while driving deeper customer engagement and business growth.
Before joining HPE, Parihar held leadership positions across several global technology organizations, including Tecnotree Corporation, Xavient Digital, NEC Corporation India Pvt Ltd., Tech Mahindra, and IBM.
Most recently, at IBM, he served as Associate Partner – Telco and Application Operations Head, where he managed the Telecom Vertical Portfolio for IBM Consulting Indonesia. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading strategic consulting and operational initiatives for telecom customers.
Over the course of his career, Parihar has built expertise in enterprise solutions, digital transformation, consulting, technology services, and large-scale business development programs across multiple markets.
With a strong background in technology leadership and customer-focused innovation, he is expected to contribute significantly to HPE’s growth strategy and strengthen its position in the enterprise solutions landscape.
