Hindustan Unilever expands Yogesh Mulgaonkar’s mandate across finance and investor relations

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has appointed Yogesh Mulgaonkar as CFO – Beauty & Wellbeing and Head of Investor Relations, expanding his responsibilities across financial management, business performance and investor engagement.

Mulgaonkar brings extensive experience in financial leadership, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), treasury, supply chain finance, commercial strategy and finance transformation. His new role will combine financial oversight of the Beauty & Wellbeing business with responsibility for investor relations.

Before this appointment, he served as VP Finance/CFO – Personal Care, Supply Chain & Head of Investor Relations at HUL. His experience within the company spans several key financial and commercial functions, including M&A, treasury, finance for Modern Trade and E-Commerce, supply chain planning, factory commercial operations and category finance.

Earlier in his career, Mulgaonkar held senior leadership positions at Unilever, including VP Finance – Personal Care & Supply Chain Finance CFO, CFO – Arabia & Personal Care Middle East and Turkey, and Global Strategy Finance Director & Chief of Staff to the Unilever CFO.

His expanded mandate reflects his broad experience across finance, business strategy and investor engagement, bringing together responsibilities that support business performance and financial decision-making at HUL.
