In his new leadership role, Satish will focus on helping clients achieve business growth through effective insurance solutions and transformation-led outcomes, leveraging his expertise in insurance products, business process solutions, digital transformation, and client engagement.
Satish brings extensive experience across life and health insurance, business analysis, solution architecture, agile transformation, quality assurance, and enterprise technology consulting within the insurance and financial services sector.
Prior to rejoining Hexaware Technologies, Satish held several leadership positions at DXC Technology, including Manager Business Process Solutions, Senior Business Process Specialist, Business Process Specialist, Senior Programmer Analyst, Senior Software Consultant, and Software Engineer. During his tenure, he led agile transformation programs, offshore transition initiatives, producer management systems, and enterprise insurance solution projects, contributing to operational efficiency and business modernization efforts.
Earlier in his career, he served as Technical Architect/Lead Business System Analyst and Technical Architect | Business Analyst at Hexaware Technologies, where he played a key role in delivering technology-driven insurance solutions and business transformation initiatives.
He also worked as Senior Business Analyst at Navy Mutual Aid Association and Advisor at WebexRadiant Technologies, further expanding his expertise in insurance operations, business analysis, and solution delivery.
Before these roles, Satish served as IT Engineer at CMC LTD, where he contributed to several technology and automation initiatives, including work on the Delhi Value Added Tax system.
With deep knowledge of insurance technology, business transformation, agile methodologies, solution architecture, and enterprise consulting, Satish Shukla is well-positioned to support Hexaware Technologies’ clients in navigating industry change and accelerating digital transformation.
