Nokia has elevated Girish Mehta to Director and Head of Network Planning and Optimization (NPO), assigning him the additional responsibility of Head of NPO – Bharti RU. He brings more than 20 years of experience across telecom vendors and operators, with expertise in network performance, optimization and telecom operations.
Before this elevation, Mehta served as Head of Performance and Optimization for the Bharti account at Nokia, where he led strategic NPO projects.
Throughout his career, Mehta has held key positions in network optimization, NPO management and regional network planning. His professional experience also includes senior roles at Vodafone and Bharti Airtel, adding to his understanding of telecom network operations and performance improvement.
