In her expanded role, Gandhali will drive internal talent growth, build future-ready capabilities and strengthen the organisation’s overall talent ecosystem. Her elevation reflects her impact in aligning people strategy with business transformation, especially in the fast-evolving media and OTT space.

Mahajan currently serves as Vice President – HR at Sony Pictures Networks India, where she plays a key role in shaping HR strategy and supporting the growth of the company’s digital business. She has been instrumental in integrating talent priorities with evolving business needs.

Before joining the organisation, she was Deputy General Manager – CoE (Talent Management, Organizational Development & Learning) at Endurance Technologies Ltd. There, she led key HR transformation initiatives focused on talent management and capability development.

Earlier, she spent over 4 years at Whirlpool Corporation in leadership roles, including Senior HR Manager – HRBP & Talent Acquisition. During this period, she managed HRBP, talent acquisition and learning functions for the India Global Capability Center, while also driving diversity & inclusion and employee engagement initiatives across APAC.

Her career also includes a role as Lead HR Business Partner at Kimberly-Clark Professional. She also spent nearly 7 years at Bosch India, where she held multiple roles across HR and business leadership. Her experience at Bosch spans Talent Management, Learning & Development, and marketing leadership in e-commerce and product segments.

Mahajan began her career with DSCL Limited, where she gained foundational experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR operations across India.
