Ms.Rajlakshmi brings extensive experience across industrial technology, manufacturing, automation, engineering, and multinational business environments.
In her new role, Rajlakshmi will lead finance, information technology, legal, and taxation functions for the company’s India operations. Her responsibilities include financial governance, reporting, treasury and cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, taxation, compliance, and strategic business finance support.
Before joining Fuji Electric India, Rajlakshmi served as Senior Financial Controller at Hitachi Energy, where she managed finance operations for a $200 million captive centre. She led budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and finance team management while ensuring alignment with GAAP, IFRS, and SOX standards.
Earlier, she worked as Financial Controller at Versuni. During her tenure, she focused on strengthening financial strategy, improving operational efficiency, enhancing financial controls, optimizing cash management, and driving ERP-enabled finance transformation initiatives. She also managed month-end and year-end reporting processes while supporting profitability and operational excellence programs.
Prior to that, Rajlakshmi served as Financial Controller at ZF Group, overseeing finance responsibilities for the Software Division and Global Business Solution Division. She also worked as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at WABCO Europe BVBA, where she managed FP&A and corporate consolidation activities for global operations.
Her earlier career includes nearly 7 years at WABCO TVS (India) Limited as Deputy General Manager, where she built expertise in financial management, planning, reporting, and operational finance. She also worked with Sundaram Clayton Limited and completed her CA articleship with Vairavanathan & Co.
With nearly 20 years of experience across finance leadership, compliance, strategic planning, business transformation, and operational finance, Rajlakshmi brings strong expertise in driving financial growth and governance excellence.
