Before joining Cigna Healthcare, Vaz spent more than 8 years with Walmart Global Tech India, where she held several leadership roles including Senior Manager – People, Manager – People, and Associate Manager – People. During her tenure, she contributed to HR strategy, workforce engagement, employee experience, people operations, and business-aligned talent initiatives.
Earlier, she served as Deputy Manager – HR at Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions. In this role, she worked closely with business teams on employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, performance management, compensation initiatives, employee relations, managerial coaching, and HR operations.
Prior to that, Vaz worked as Lead HR at Syniverse Technologies, where she advised senior leadership on HR strategy, talent planning, succession planning, psychometric testing, recruitment, attrition management, campus hiring, vendor analytics, and employee engagement initiatives. She also supported high-performer development and organizational talent programs.
Her earlier professional experience includes serving as Account Manager for Cisco Systems through Spectrum Consultants, where she managed business engagement and client relationships.
With nearly 20 years of experience across HR leadership, talent strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, business partnering, and people operations, Vaz brings extensive expertise to Cigna Healthcare’s India HR function as the company continues to strengthen its workforce and organizational growth initiatives.
