East West Manufacturing, a leading Integrated Manufacturing Solutions (IMS) company specializing in the design and production of complex electronic and electro-mechanical products, has announced the appointment of Ryan Flynn as its new Chief Executive Officer. Flynn will officially assume the role on June 15, 2026, succeeding co-founder Scott Ellyson, who will transition to the position of Chairman.
As Chairman, Ellyson will retain his significant ownership stake in the company and work closely with Flynn to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Flynn brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience across Asia, Europe, and North America. His expertise spans industries including Aerospace and Defense, Electronics, and Automotive. Most recently, he served as Regional Managing Director, North America, at The Weir Group.
A seasoned business leader, Flynn has extensive experience managing complex operations during periods of growth, operational transformation, and evolving market conditions. He is recognized for his customer-focused approach, strong team-building capabilities, and success in driving business performance and new growth opportunities. His previous leadership roles include serving on the executive teams of ITT Inc. as President of the Connect & Control Technologies Division and Konecranes PLC as Executive Vice President of the Equipment Division.

Flynn holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa.
