The appointment comes as the company strengthens its global security framework to support innovation while ensuring user trust across millions of daily transactions.
In this role, the new CISO will focus on building and enhancing security capabilities across platforms, aligning cybersecurity with business growth, and maintaining strong data protection and compliance standards.

The role will cover a wide spectrum of cybersecurity functions, including strategy, governance, risk assessment, privacy compliance, threat and vulnerability management, cloud and mobile security, IoT security, data protection, cryptography, identity and access management, and regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO27001, and NIST.
Prior to joining Delivery Hero, the executive served as Field CTO for APJC at Cloudflare, where they focused on bridging technical strategy with business outcomes and engaging with customers across Asia-Pacific, Japan, and China.
Earlier, they held the position of Head of Technology, Security Resilience & Third Party Governance APAC at abrdn, leading initiatives in security resilience and governance.
With extensive experience across cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and enterprise security transformation, the new CISO brings a strong global perspective to Delivery Hero’s growing digital ecosystem.
