In her new role, Vidhi will lead the integrated HR strategy while driving talent management and learning initiatives. She will align people’s priorities with the company’s growth and transformation agenda.
Vidhi brings over 20 years of experience across insurance, healthcare, retail, and consulting. Her expertise spans talent strategy, leadership development, organisational transformation, and culture building.
Most recently, she served as SVP & Head – Talent & Culture at Bandhan Life, where she led end-to-end talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning, and Culture. She played a key role in building a high-performance and scalable organisation.
Prior to this, she was Chief of Human Resources at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, where she provided strategic HR leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. She drove workforce deployment, employee wellbeing, and crisis response while ensuring operational continuity.
Earlier, Vidhi served as Head HR at GNC and Guardian Healthcare, leading HR for India operations and strengthening organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
She has also worked as an independent HR consultant, advising organisations on talent management, organisational transformation, leadership development, and culture. She held key roles at Max Healthcare and Inductis (EXL), partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategy and capability building.
Vidhi began her career at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, gaining strong experience in HR business partnering, performance management, change management, and large-scale organisational initiatives.
She holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from Jagan Institute of Management Studies.
