Mastech has elevated Debasis Satpathy to the position of Chief Revenue Officer, entrusting him with the company’s growth strategy, multi-year revenue plans, go-to-market approach, market positioning, partnerships and customer acquisition.
Before this promotion, Satpathy served as Chief Growth Officer at Mastech, where he led initiatives focused on market expansion, partnership development, analyst and advisor engagement, and closer alignment between commercial and marketing functions. He initially joined the company as Chief Business Officer, overseeing strategic initiatives in the health sciences sector, particularly across Data, AI and Analytics.
Prior to joining Mastech, Satpathy held several senior leadership positions at LTIMindtree, including Chief Business Officer and Vice President. His responsibilities covered life sciences, Data and AI, P&L management, go-to-market strategy, strategic investments, alliances and capability development. He was also a member of the company’s AI Council.
Earlier, Satpathy spent more than a decade at LTI (Larsen & Toubro Infotech), where he progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Regional Vice President of Sales, Senior Business Solutions Director – Cognitive & Analytics, and Business Solutions Director – Data. His work involved customer acquisition, data products, go-to-market strategy, analytics, strategic partnerships and transformation programmes.
He began his career at IGATE as a Data Architect in its Center of Excellence.
In his new role, Satpathy will lead Mastech’s integrated commercial strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships and customer acquisition. He will also focus on strengthening the company’s enterprise growth strategy and market positioning around knowledge-first organisations.
