As part of its ongoing expansion strategy across India, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has appointed Gaurav Jain as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment is aimed at strengthening the company’s financial leadership as it continues to expand its presence in the hospitality sector.
Jain is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant (ICWA) with more than 15 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate governance, business transformation, capital structuring, and IPO readiness. He has previously held CXO-level roles across startups, diversified business groups, and government-backed institutions, where he led financial governance, operational efficiency, and business transformation initiatives.
In his new role, Jain will oversee Cygnett’s financial strategy, strengthen governance frameworks, optimise capital allocation, and support the company’s long-term expansion plans.
