Before joining Coforge, Hemant served as Sr. Service Delivery Program Manager at TELUS Digital. Over the course of his career, he has held several leadership positions across global organizations, managing large-scale programs and delivery initiatives.
He previously worked with HCLTech and HCL Australia Services Pty Limited as Senior Program Manager. Prior to that, he served as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at HCL Technologies, where he led multiple technology and business transformation projects.
Hemant also spent several years at Xavient Digital, taking on progressively senior roles including Associate Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, Project Lead, and Project Manager. He began his professional journey as a Technical Specialist at HCL Technologies.
With a strong background spanning technology leadership, delivery management, and business transformation, Hemant brings a diverse range of experience that will support Coforge’s continued growth and operational excellence.
