CMS strengthens banking services portfolio with major HDFC Bank ATM outsourcing deal

CMS Info Systems has secured a Rs 400 crore contract from HDFC Bank to manage 6,000 ATMs of the country’s largest private-sector lender over the next 5 years.

The agreement covers integrated ATM managed services outsourcing and will also include solutions such as currency forecasting, cash logistics, and AI-powered services, according to an official company statement.

The latest mandate further strengthens CMS Info Systems’ position in the banking automation and managed services segment as financial institutions continue investing in operational efficiency and intelligent banking infrastructure.

Commenting on the development, Chief Business Officer Anush Raghavan said the deal is expected to increase the company’s revenue contribution from private-sector banks to 30% by the end of FY27, compared to the current 25%.

He also noted that CMS expanded its partnership with ICICI Bank during the last financial year and recently secured a Rs 1,000 crore contract from State Bank of India (SBI), further strengthening its banking services portfolio.

HDFC Bank had a network of more than 21,000 ATMs as of March 2026, making it one of the country’s largest ATM operators.

With this contract, CMS Info Systems continues expanding its presence in ATM management, AI-driven banking services, and cash management solutions for India’s leading financial institutions.
