Parthasarathi brings extensive experience across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, HR service delivery, and business-aligned people strategy.
In his new role, Parthasarathi will work closely with leaders and teams across the organisation to enable impactful people strategies and deliver meaningful business outcomes. His appointment reflects a continued focus on building strong HR practices aligned with growth, leadership capability, and organisational performance.
Prior to this, he spent more than 9 years with Kotak Life, where he held multiple senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Channel HR Head, supporting HR priorities for business channels and strengthening people practices across the organisation.
Earlier at Kotak Life, he held roles including Senior Vice President, Vice President – Human Resources, Senior Associate Vice President, and AVP – Zonal HR, South India. In his zonal HR role, he led talent acquisition and talent management for Southern India sales business channels, managing HR service delivery across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
Before Kotak Life, Parthasarathi worked with AGS Health as Senior Manager – Talent Engagement and Manager – Talent Engagement. His work focused on talent engagement, employee connect, and HR support for business teams in Chennai.
Earlier, he spent more than 10 years with Infosys BPO as Senior Associate Lead – BPHR. In this role, he managed HR activities across the employee lifecycle, tracked joining and training metrics for deployment planning, prepared workforce management dashboards, ensured HR service delivery, and reported key employee metrics to business stakeholders.
Parthasarathi holds a PGCHRM in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, adding strong academic grounding to his experience in HR operations, business partnering, and people strategy.
