In his new role, Modi will oversee both Quest2Travel and Happay, the SaaS-based corporate travel and expense management platforms within the MakeMyTrip ecosystem. He will focus on driving enterprise growth, advancing digital innovation, strengthening strategic partnerships, and enhancing operational efficiency across the businesses.
Before this promotion, Modi served as Chief Commercial Officer – Quest2Travel, where he led the platform’s corporate travel and expense management operations. His responsibilities included overseeing technology, sales, customer service, finance, human resources, credit, collections, and enterprise partnerships.
Earlier, as Business Head – Quest2Travel, he played a key role in scaling the business following its integration with MakeMyTrip. During this period, he focused on product development, digital transformation, enterprise customer engagement, and strengthening the company’s corporate travel management offerings.
Prior to joining MakeMyTrip, Modi spent more than 8 years with Vodafone Business, holding several leadership positions including Vice President – Vodafone Global Enterprise, General Manager & National Business Development Head, and Senior Manager & Product Management Lead. His experience included leading enterprise business development, managing global client relationships, driving digital transformation programs, overseeing P&L operations, and shaping enterprise product strategies.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Reliance Communications and ZTE Corporation, where he gained expertise across enterprise solutions, telecom infrastructure, wireless data services, network planning, mobile value-added services, and digital product management.
With his expanded mandate, Modi is expected to play a key role in accelerating the growth and evolution of MakeMyTrip’s corporate travel and expense management ecosystem.
