In his new role, Debojyoti will focus on building and scaling business services, manufacturing support functions, and engineering services capabilities to enhance Kalyani Group’s operations across North America and Europe.
Roy brings extensive experience in global business transformation, shared services, operational excellence, automation, and manufacturing modernization. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and business performance across international markets.
Prior to joining Bharat Forge, Debojyoti held leadership positions at InOrg Global, Medtronic, Philips, and DENSO. During his tenure at these organizations, he played a key role in driving shared services expansion, enterprise transformation programs, process optimization, and digital modernization initiatives.
His expertise also spans strategy development, Global Capability Center (GCC) setup, PMO leadership, Factory 4.0 transformation, and large-scale enterprise operations. Over the years, he has built a strong track record of designing scalable operating models and leading high-impact transformation programs that support long-term business growth.
With his deep experience in operational transformation and global service delivery, Roy is expected to play a significant role in advancing Bharat Forge’s shared services strategy and strengthening its international business capabilities.
