In his new role, Arora will lead the next phase of the company’s global business services transformation and operational excellence initiatives, with a focus on building a world-class delivery and performance platform that drives enterprise value creation and scalable business impact.
Before joining BD, Arora served as Head of Global Business Services at The Clorox Company, where he led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, digital enablement, and service excellence.
Prior to that, he was Corporate Officer – Sysco Business Services at Sysco, driving business services transformation and operational strategy for the global organization.
He also held leadership roles at XPO Logistics, serving as SVP – Transformation and Shared Services. During his tenure, he led global finance transformation initiatives and helped build an agile shared services organization aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Earlier, Arora worked with Mondelēz International as Global Operations & Capabilities Lead at Mondelez Business Services, where he oversaw a global network of nearly 4,000 professionals managing finance, procurement, customer care, and HR operations.
His leadership experience further includes senior roles at ADP, Xerox, and a long tenure at American Express, where he developed expertise across operations, finance transformation, customer experience, and enterprise services.
In addition, Arora was recognized as a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors, highlighting his strong governance and leadership credentials.
