Anuj will lead the company’s marketing transformation agenda with a focus on building an AI-first, future-ready marketing engine.

In this role, Anuj will drive strategic growth through data-led decision-making and enhance customer-centric communication. His mandate includes scaling go-to-market strategies, strengthening digital marketing capabilities, and using technology to deliver personalization and operational efficiency. He will also work on bridging the gap between traditional financial services and modern digital experiences.

Anuj brings diverse marketing leadership experience. Most recently, he served as General Manager Marketing at ITW Universe, where he advised brands and startups on GTM strategy and brand positioning.

Earlier, he held key roles at Acko, leading brand and growth initiatives for insurance portfolios. He also worked at Xiaomi Technology, managing large-scale product marketing campaigns.

He began his career with Emami Ltd., where he gained experience in brand management and operations, building a strong foundation for his marketing leadership journey.

With experience across financial services, technology, and consumer brands, Anuj brings a strong blend of brand strategy, growth marketing, and digital innovation to his new role.
