Forward deployed AI startup AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in a Series A funding round led by NTTVC, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm backed by Japanese technology group NTT. The round also saw participation from George Still Jr., Amit Zavery and Giacomo Sonnino.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its global forward deployed teams, strengthen its proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capabilities, and grow its presence and strategic partnerships.

Founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, AuxoAI works with large global enterprises to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence adoption, redesign business workflows and develop AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Its approach involves deploying teams of AI strategists and engineers who work directly with clients to understand their operations, identify suitable AI use cases and build solutions ready for real-world production environments.

AuxoAI also offers Damia, its proprietary forward deployed engineering workbench. The platform incorporates insights from multiple enterprise AI deployments to help accelerate implementation and improve the delivery of AI solutions.

Earlier this year, AuxoAI was named one of the select AI Pureplay Partners at Google Next as part of Google’s $750 million investment in enterprise AI deployment. The company is also a Google Gemini Enterprise transformation partner and an AWS Advanced Tier partner.

Its enterprise customers include UKG and Fogo de Chão, reflecting its focus on helping businesses integrate AI into their operations.

The latest funding will support AuxoAI’s efforts to scale its teams and technology as enterprises increasingly look for practical ways to move AI initiatives from experimentation into production. The company’s model combines technical expertise with direct collaboration with clients to address operational challenges and deliver business-focused AI applications.
