In a move to modernise banking operations, Aurionpro has introduced Fintra, an AI-powered platform aimed at simplifying trade finance processes across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
The platform is designed to improve efficiency in tasks such as handling letters of credit and bank guarantees, which are often slowed down by heavy paperwork and compliance requirements.
One of the key challenges in trade finance is that nearly 70% of documents face initial rejection. Fintra aims to solve this issue by using AI to handle routine processes, while leaving complex decisions to human experts.
Built on Aurionpro’s proprietary technology stack, the platform is integrated with systems like SWIFT and other banking infrastructure, helping ensure smoother operations for financial institutions.
Ashish Rai, Group CEO of Aurionpro, described Fintra as their “most significant product launch in its 25-year history,” underlining its importance for the company’s growth strategy.
Following the announcement, Aurionpro’s shares saw a slight increase, indicating positive investor interest.
The company also confirmed that it is developing additional platforms focused on corporate and retail lending.
