Aman joins ACK after a successful tenure at Sony Pictures Networks India, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President – Head of Marketing & OAP Digital Business for Sony LIV. During his 10-year journey with Sony, he played a major role in driving digital transformation, OTT platform growth, customer acquisition, and strategic business expansion across television and streaming platforms.
With nearly 20 years of experience across media, entertainment, and digital businesses, Aman brings deep expertise in digital innovation, content strategy, consumer engagement, media planning, and large-scale brand transformation. His appointment is expected to support ACK’s efforts to strengthen its legacy while expanding its digital presence and audience reach in a rapidly evolving content ecosystem.
Before joining Amar Chitra Katha, Aman held senior leadership roles across several major media and entertainment organizations. He worked with The Walt Disney Company, Viacom18, Sony Entertainment Television, Turner International India, Zee Telefilms, and MediaCom, building extensive experience in marketing, strategy, digital business growth, and audience engagement.
Across his leadership journey, Aman has contributed to brand development, content-led growth strategies, digital business transformation, and consumer-focused innovation initiatives across television, OTT, and media platforms.
With this appointment, Amar Chitra Katha aims to further strengthen its storytelling legacy while accelerating modernization, digital expansion, and engagement with newer audiences across platforms.
