A seasoned sales and business development leader, Bawa brings extensive experience across semiconductor accounts, social and media platform businesses, global account management, client partnerships, enterprise sales, and strategic growth initiatives.
Before this elevation, he served as Assistant Vice President at Tech Mahindra, where he played a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving account growth, and expanding business opportunities across global technology and semiconductor clients.
Prior to rejoining Tech Mahindra in a leadership position, Bawa worked as Client Partner at L&T Technology Services, managing strategic client engagements and business relationships within the technology services ecosystem.
Earlier, he spent several years at Tech Mahindra as Sales Director, contributing to business growth across the San Francisco Bay Area and overseeing key technology-focused client portfolios.
Before that, he held multiple business development leadership roles at HCLTech, including Manager – Business Development and Deputy Manager – Business Development. In these roles, he focused on semiconductor, industrial equipment, and international markets across the US and Europe.
He began his professional career with Hughes Communications India as Territory Sales Manager, where he managed Direcway Fusion Centres across Delhi and Punjab.
With extensive experience in enterprise sales, account management, technology consulting, client engagement, and strategic business expansion, Bawa is well positioned to lead Tech Mahindra’s semiconductor and social/media platform accounts on a global scale.
