Amagi has appointed Brunda S Krishnamurthy as Vice President – People Excellence. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy by strengthening employee experience, promoting an inclusive culture, driving workforce planning, using people analytics, and partnering with executive leadership to build a high-performance organization that supports Amagi’s global growth.

Brunda brings nearly 30 years of experience across human resources, total rewards, compensation and benefits, HR transformation, business partnering, organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, HR technology, and people analytics.

Before joining Amagi, she spent more than 13 years at Pall Corporation, progressing through several leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Global Director – Total Rewards, leading the company’s global compensation, benefits, equity, executive rewards, governance, vendor management, acquisitions integration, and total rewards strategy while working closely with Finance and HR teams worldwide.

Earlier at Pall Corporation, Brunda held roles including Senior Manager – Total Rewards, where she led compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, incentive design, HR systems, job architecture, market pricing, and governance. She also served as Senior Human Resources Manager – HR Business Partner, supporting talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development for the company’s global commercial business.

During her tenure, she also led Total Rewards and Payroll Operations for India and served as APAC Compensation & Benefits Manager, driving regional compensation strategy, analytics, and employee experience initiatives. She began her journey at Pall as HR Manager, leading HR operations, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions integration, talent management, employee engagement, and HR process transformation.

Before Pall Corporation, Brunda was Manager – Human Resources at Waters Corporation, where she led strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation benchmarking, digital HR transformation, employer branding, and organizational capability initiatives.

Earlier, she spent nearly 5 years at IBM in HR leadership roles, contributing to HR process transformation, SAP HCM implementation, HR audits, workforce management, compensation programs, HR analytics, talent acquisition, compliance, and HR technology initiatives.

Brunda began her career at United Breweries Ltd., where she spent more than 9 years in technical development and quality management before transitioning into human resources.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Human Resource Development (PGDM – PM & HRD) from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management.

Her appointment reflects Amagi’s continued focus on strengthening its people-first culture while expanding its leadership in cloud-native broadcast, streaming, and media technology solutions.
