Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointment of Matthew Scagnelli as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
The appointment comes as the company continues to execute its long-term growth strategy across its aviation and logistics services businesses.
In his new role, Scagnelli will lead ATSG’s Human Resources strategy across the company’s portfolio. He brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across the aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, and consumer sectors.
Before joining ATSG, Scagnelli served as CHRO at Leaf Home. Earlier, he was CHRO at MB Aerospace and spent 17 years at General Electric in several HR leadership roles. During his time at GE Aviation Services (now GE Aerospace), he served as Executive HR Leader, overseeing HR operations across multiple locations worldwide.
Scagnelli has successfully led large-scale enterprise transformation, developed talent strategies aligned with business goals, and designed performance management, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.
