Arc Raiders players faced server problems today, with more than 60,000 users reporting issues early in the morning. Reports showed that outages began around at 8 a.m. on Thursday, November 20, leaving many players unable to connect. Gamers flooded social media with complaints, but there has been no comment yet from the game’s developers. Both the studio and the game’s official channels have remained silent about what caused the disruption.
The situation grew more complicated as Cloudflare also appeared to be dealing with another service issue shortly after its recent major outage. Hundreds of users said they were unable to access websites that depend on Cloudflare for online security and content delivery. Many platforms remained partly or completely unreachable, based on user reports. A large number of complaints came from the United States, where people reported loading failures and services that would not respond.
At the same time, Amazon Web Services seemed to be experiencing trouble as well. Close to a thousand users in the United States reported disruptions with the cloud service. Most of the issues were linked to the US East One region, followed by US West Two and US West One. This raised concerns that several major cloud systems were showing signs of instability during the same period.
Gamers expressed their frustration on social media as the outage continued. Some shared their disappointment, with one saying, “Can’t lie Arc Raiders server being down got me moving mad. I have been this addicted to a game since Golden Eye.” Another player wrote, “Pressing the retry button on my Arc Raiders connection when the servers are clearly down and the in-queue message is stuck.” Many users noted that there was no confirmed timeline for when the servers would return. They were advised to check outage tracking platforms or the game’s official pages for updates. Fortnite players also faced service problems today.
