Amit brings wide leadership experience from organisations such as HyFun Foods, Innoterra, Infosys and ITC Limited. His career includes major responsibilities across global operations where he has led financial strategy, managed finance functions across several countries, strengthened governance practices and supported large scale business expansion.
Amit has also contributed to business model transformation, fundraising efforts, mergers and acquisitions work and the development of strong financial systems across multiple sectors.
At HyFun Foods, Amit managed financial and business operations for the agri vertical. At Innoterra, he guided finance functions across twenty eight legal entities in nine countries and contributed to raising more than one hundred and fifty million dollars in funding. During his time at Infosys, he helped execute a two billion dollar share buyback and managed transactions valued at more than five hundred million dollars. His earlier work at a common noun, ITC Limited and other organisations helped build a strong base in controllership, strategic planning, risk management and business partnering.
Amit now brings this extensive experience to Arvind Smartspaces as the company strengthens its financial leadership for future growth.
