The company said his term will begin on December 1, 2025 and will continue for five years. Parikh is widely recognised for advising large organisations through business transformation and policy shifts.
Parikh brings decades of strategic and financial expertise and currently serves as an advisor to several major companies. He also holds directorships in multiple organisations across technology, healthcare and financial services. Over the years he has helped both Indian and multinational companies navigate India’s changing regulatory environment.
His experience includes working closely with private equity funds, institutional investors and business leaders to design solutions that meet commercial objectives. Parikh previously co founded BMR Advisors, led Ernst and Young India as CEO and held senior roles including country managing partner at Arthur Andersen.
Parikh holds a commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
