Sennheiser has launched SoundProtex Plus in India. It is the latest version of the company’s hearing protection product. The new model is designed for music lovers, frequent travellers and everyday users who want clear sound along with protection in loud environments.
SoundProtex Plus builds on the earlier SoundProtex model. It comes with three acoustic filters that users can choose from. The High filter offers SNR 20 dB, the Medium filter offers SNR 17 dB and the Low filter offers SNR 10 dB. These filters allow people to adjust sound levels based on where they are. The product also includes a Full Block Filter that creates complete silence, which can be useful for sleep or swimming.
The core of SoundProtex Plus features Sennheiser’s membrane filter technology. This helps maintain a flat attenuation response so users can still hear music clearly and hold conversations without losing protection. The ear tips are made from soft medical grade material that ensures comfort for long hours. They are available in three sizes and are reusable and skin friendly. They do not contain plasticisers. The design also includes a ventilated open air passage that helps avoid the plugged ear feeling, making it easier to use the product for long periods.

The SoundProtex Plus is now available in India at a launch price of Rs 2990. It can be purchased through the company’s official website and on Amazon India.
