Dinesh Jain joins Genpact as Global Capability Center Lead

With over 30 years of experience in technology, GCC delivery, and digital transformation, Jain brings extensive expertise in building and scaling capability centers for global enterprises.

In his new role, Jain will lead Genpact’s efforts to help clients design, scale, and transform their GCC strategies. His focus will be on driving business impact through agentic operations, advanced technologies, and data-driven transformation.

Before joining Genpact, Jain worked with Accenture as Managing Director and Global GCC, GIC, and Captive Solution Lead. In that role, he was responsible for setting up and managing GCCs across India and the Australia-New Zealand region. He also served as Technology Leader for Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, where he played a vital role in advancing the company’s global technology initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Jain held senior leadership positions at General Mills, Celpro Group, and Birla Technologies, where he focused on technology strategy, transformation, architecture, and delivery excellence.

Riju Vashisht, Chief Growth Officer at Genpact, welcomed his appointment, stating, “In the era of agentic operations, GCCs are no longer just delivery hubs; they are strategic growth engines.
