He is recognised for advancing the four key pillars of People, Performance, Productivity and Profitability with exceptional effectiveness. His global experience includes influential positions in Chicago and Minneapolis in the United States, where he contributed to the multi million dollar valuations of Fortune 10 companies.
He is admired not only for his strategic expertise but also for his passion for adventure sports, travel and thought leadership. He is a frequent speaker at international forums and has been honoured across India, Europe, the Middle East and SAARC nations.
Ninad is celebrated for his forward thinking mindset and ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes. He previously held senior leadership roles, including serving as Group CIO at a well known manufacturing brand and as Director and Head of IT at a major global health services company.
