Kerala Minister urges tourism sector to adapt to artificial intelligence era

Kerala Finance Minister KN Balagopal has urged the tourism sector to embrace the rapid changes brought by artificial intelligence. He said that even if people are not fully ready for it, AI is already influencing daily life and work across the world.

He said, “Whether society likes it or not, AI is significantly influencing our daily lives and jobs. At this stage, soft skills like art and cooking areas not impacted by AI hold great potential. Tourism is the best sector to acquire and enhance these skills.”
