AshreiTech, a global technology consortium based in Dallas, has announced the appointment of Faiza Hussain as Head of Human Resources for Pakistan, the UAE, and the USA. In this role, she will lead HR strategy and operations across these key regions, focusing on leadership development, organisational design, and cross-border talent integration to strengthen AshreiTech’s global people-first framework.
With more than 15 years of international experience in human resources, consulting, and people strategy, Faiza Hussain has built a strong record of driving HR transformation and fostering inclusive, agile, and high-performing workplaces. Her leadership experience spans Pakistan, the UAE, the USA, the UK, and Canada, where she has consistently advanced organisational excellence through strategic HR initiatives.
Before joining AshreiTech, Faiza served as an HR Consultant at Project Accountants Ltd, managing multi-country HR operations across Jersey (UK), Pakistan, and South Africa. She played a key role in developing HR governance frameworks, leading recruitment strategies, and aligning compliance processes across global jurisdictions. Alongside her consulting role, she also served as a Visiting Faculty Lecturer for MBA programmes at the Institute of Business Management, where she taught courses in human resource strategy and organisational behaviour.
Previously, Faiza worked as HR Generalist for Health Access Thorncliffe Park at The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) in Toronto, where she supported HR operations and employee engagement in the healthcare sector. Earlier, as Senior Consultant and HR Business Partner for the Microsoft Account at KPMG Canada, she contributed to people strategy, helping align HR practices with global performance standards.
Prior to her international assignments, Faiza spent over four years at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited (PMEX) as Head of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. In this capacity, she led strategic HR transformation initiatives that modernised talent acquisition, enhanced employer branding, and established performance-driven policies. Her earlier roles at Pi Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. and Deloitte involved leading human capital and executive search initiatives, where she advised clients on HR development and organisational strategy.
Faiza began her HR career as a Human Resources Associate at Sanofi Pasteur MSD and gained valuable experience in learning and people development with Berlitz Pakistan, Marsh McLennan, and TNO Canada. Her early exposure to multinational environments across Canada helped shape her cross-cultural understanding and strategic HR perspective.
Faiza Hussain holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Institute of Business Management, Karachi. Known for her adaptability, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented leadership, she combines empathy with results to deliver impactful people strategies.
