Shreyas Khare joins OnePlus India as Lead of Alliances and Partnerships

OnePlus India, the global technology brand known for its “Never Settle” philosophy, has appointed Shreyas Khare as Lead of Alliances and Partnerships. In this role, Shreyas will drive the company’s partnership ecosystem, focusing on innovating payment solutions, expanding strategic alliances, and building collaborations that enhance customer experience and business growth. His appointment supports OnePlus India’s mission to deliver seamless, cutting-edge user experiences through technology-driven partnerships.

Before joining OnePlus India, Shreyas served as Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances at Tira. He led over 15 successful partnerships with financial institutions, fintech companies, and payment providers, launching initiatives such as BNPL and EMI options, along with the Tira Gift Card program. His leadership in optimizing onsite marketing monetization contributed to measurable growth in customer engagement and profitability.

Earlier, Shreyas worked at FirstCry.com as Manager of Banking Alliances and Partnerships, where he built a strong network of banking and brand collaborations. He secured more than 8 banking alliances, 25 brand tie-ups, and 6 strategic collaborations in a single year. His data-driven strategies improved customer retention, conversion rates, and loyalty-driven revenue.

Shreyas also held the position of Manager of Strategic Brand Alliances at Croma, managing campaigns across banking and electronics categories worth over 100 crore in online and offline business. His work in onboarding key banking partners and developing category offerings strengthened Croma’s market presence and customer reach.

He began his career with roles at Bajaj Finserv and Catterfly India and also founded Alive Technologies and Solutions. Over the years, Shreyas has developed deep expertise in strategic partnerships, payment solutions, marketing monetization, and growth strategy, establishing himself as a versatile leader in the retail and fintech ecosystem.
