LEI Register India Private Limited has appointed Ajay Singh as Head of Partnerships. In this role, Ajay will lead strategic collaborations, institutional alliances, and regulatory partnerships to accelerate the adoption of Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs) across India. His appointment comes at a time when the financial sector is increasingly focusing on digital identity and transparency frameworks.
Ajay brings over 18 years of experience in the banking, financial services, and investment sector. At LEI Register India, he will strengthen partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, and corporates to increase awareness and compliance with LEI standards. His leadership is expected to play a key role in enhancing financial transparency, risk management, and trust within India and the global business ecosystem.
Before joining LEI Register India, Ajay spent more than 16 years at Franklin Templeton Asset Management India, serving as Senior Sales Manager. There, he built deep expertise in financial product distribution, institutional client engagement, and strategic sales management, contributing to the firm’s growth and stronger market relationships.
Ajay holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, a PGDBA in Marketing and Finance from Jaipuria Institute of Management, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institutions, Bareilly. He also completed advanced executive education at EADA Business School, Barcelona, specializing in Managing Business in Emerging Economies.
Outside of work, Ajay is a disciplined marathon runner, passionate orator, and adventurous trekker. These personal pursuits mirror his professional ethos of growth, perseverance, and leadership, aligning with LEI Register India’s mission to simplify and democratize business identity solutions.
In his new role, Ajay is set to expand the company’s reach across financial and non-financial sectors, fostering a more transparent and globally connected financial ecosystem.
