Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) has appointed Rachin N R as Director of Workforce Solutions in India. In this role, Rachin will lead business development across the country, driving growth in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. His appointment reflects AGS’s strategic focus on expanding leadership in India and delivering agile, scalable workforce strategies for global and domestic clients.
Rachin has been with AGS for nearly seven years, holding key leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Head of Operations and Recruitment Operations Director for the FLEX RPO Program, managing large-scale recruitment programs across BFSI, Technology, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors. His expertise in building high-performing teams and situational leadership has been central to AGS’s success in India’s competitive recruitment ecosystem.
Before AGS, Rachin worked with Allegis Group as Account Manager for Strategic Recruitment Programs, managing resource delivery for major IT clients and coordinating recruitment across multiple business units. His client engagement and operational planning skills strengthened relationships with strategic enterprise clients.
Earlier, he founded and led WeRecruit Talent Pvt. Ltd., managing strategic recruitment and staff augmentation programs. He also served as an HR Consultant at Bangalore Plywoods, providing B2B HR advisory and organizational solutions.
Rachin began his career with TEKsystems, MeritTrac Services, and Human Resource Specialists, gaining experience in workforce operations, client management, and executive hiring. His early exposure to large-scale talent acquisition initiatives, including campus, lateral, and global recruitment programs, helped shape his strong understanding of India’s workforce landscape and client delivery excellence.
