With over two decades of experience in global operations, customer success, and business development, Pandey brings deep expertise in scaling international operations and driving performance excellence. At Integrity Healthcare, he will focus on enhancing operational agility, expanding cross-continent service delivery, and reinforcing the company’s leadership capabilities in the evolving healthcare ecosystem.
Prior to joining Integrity Healthcare, Pandey served as Chief Customer Officer at QX Global Group, where he led global service delivery, customer success, and client partnerships for six years. His tenure was marked by successful digital transformation initiatives and elevated client satisfaction across markets.
Earlier, he held multiple senior leadership positions at IMS People Possible, including Director of Global Sales, Senior Vice President of Sales & Key Accounts, and Vice President of Operations & Business Development. During his nine-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in scaling international operations, shaping business development strategy, and driving client-centric performance across geographies.
Pandey began his career at Energizer and Motif, Inc., where he managed large-scale teams supporting global clients, including financial institutions and technology-driven businesses. Known for his strategic foresight and operational excellence, he has consistently delivered transformative outcomes across complex organizational landscapes.
His appointment underscores Integrity Healthcare’s commitment to expanding its global footprint while maintaining operational excellence and superior client engagement standards.
