Rocket.new Raises $15 Million Seed Funding Led by Salesforce Ventures

Indian startup Rocket.new, which is developing an AI-powered platform that enables users to create production-ready applications from natural language prompts, has secured $15 million in a seed funding round. The round was led by Salesforce Ventures with participation from Accel and Together Fund. The all-equity investment comes just three months after the platform was launched in beta.

Since its introduction, Rocket.new has gained significant traction, attracting over 400,000 users across 180 countries. Among them are more than 10,000 paid subscribers, helping the startup reach an annual recurring revenue of 4.5 million dollars. Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Vishal Virani revealed that the company is targeting revenue of 20 to 25 million dollars by the end of this year and aims to scale to 60 to 70 million dollars by June next year.

Virani explained the company’s broader vision, saying, “We are building the first vibe solution platform, which is not solving just a problem of day one, but what we are focusing on is solving the problem of day two.” Rocket.new combines large language models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google’s Gemini with its own deep learning technologies. This integration helps users design mobile applications, websites, and even conduct competitive research and product development with ease.

The funding has strengthened investor confidence in Rocket.new’s ability to transform the app development landscape. Kartik Gupta, Investor at Salesforce Ventures, said, “Rocket.new is purpose-built to solve this problem of iteration, maintenance, and deployment at enterprise scale.”

Currently, the company has a 58-member team based mainly in Surat. With this fresh funding, Rocket.new plans to expand its engineering and product teams in India to double its workforce, accelerating both growth and research and development initiatives.

The strong support from global investors and its rapid user adoption positions Rocket.new as a key player in AI-driven software development, reflecting the growing demand for tools that simplify and scale digital innovation.
