NextEra and ServiceNow Partner to Accelerate Digital Transformation in Saudi Arabia and MENA

NextEra, the joint venture between LTIMindtree and Aramco Digital, has announced a strategic partnership with ServiceNow to accelerate large scale digital transformation across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.

As part of the collaboration with ServiceNow, a proximity centre will be set up at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam, along with a ServiceNow centre of excellence. These initiatives aim to equip the local workforce with advanced digital skills and strengthen the region’s technology ecosystem.

The partnership will combine ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration with NextEra’s service capabilities to drive the adoption of generative AI and agentic automation. A key focus of the initiative will be the development of Arabic user interfaces and locally tailored solutions that address regional business challenges while ensuring cultural and market alignment.

Industry-specific platforms will also be created for sectors such as energy, banking and financial services, and giga projects. These platforms are designed to modernise legacy systems, improve agility, and enhance both customer relationship management and employee experience platforms. The overall objective is to deliver measurable business outcomes that enable greater operational excellence across critical industries.

Dina Abo Onoq, Chief Executive Officer of NextEra and Executive Vice President of LTIMindtree, said: “This partnership represents a bold step forward in our mission to deliver transformative outcomes for enterprises in the Kingdom. This also reflects our commitment to creating new job opportunities and nurturing technology talent in the region.”

Saif M Mashat, Vice President of Middle East and Africa at ServiceNow, added: “Together, we’re enabling customers with intelligent workflows, scalable platforms and AI-powered solutions that unlock new levels of agility and growth.”
