Acer Launches Connect M4 5G Hotspot in India with IP68 Rating and Tri SIM Support

Acer has introduced the Connect M4 5G Mobile Wi Fi hotspot in India, a portable device designed to offer fast and reliable internet access with support for Wi Fi 6. The hotspot can connect up to 16 devices simultaneously and works with Nano SIM, eSIM and vSIM, allowing seamless connectivity in over 135 countries without manual setup or SIM changes.

Powered by a MediaTek MT8791 octa core processor, the device features two Cortex A78 cores clocked at 2.6GHz and six Cortex A55 cores at 2.0GHz, paired with an ARM G68 MC4 GPU. It comes with 3GB of LPDDR4X RAM, 8GB of eMMC storage and a 2.4 inch touchscreen display for quick access to settings and connection information.

The hotspot is equipped with an 8000mAh battery that delivers up to 28 hours of usage and supports USB Type C fast charging. It can also double as a power bank for other devices. Measuring 140x86x19mm and weighing 300 grams, the device is compact and durable, with an IP68 rating for resistance against dust and water.

To ensure strong connectivity, the Connect M4 5G uses SIMO SignalScan technology, which automatically connects to the strongest available network even in weak signal areas.

On the security side, Acer device supports WPA3 encryption, built in firewalls, SIM lock features and VPN integration. It also receives regular software and firmware updates to keep security standards up to date.

Acer is offering the device with a 20GB data pack valid for six months. When used abroad, it connects directly to local service providers, eliminating the need for additional SIM cards or manual configuration.

The Acer Connect M4 5G Mobile Wi Fi is priced at ₹19,999 and is available through Amazon.in, Acer India’s official online store and offline retail outlets.
