Zoho, a leading global technology company, has announced a strategic partnership with DART, a prominent business ecosystem and innovation-oriented free zone tech hub located within the Dubai World Trade Center. This collaboration is designed to significantly empower founders from around the world, facilitating their relocation, setup, and scaling of companies within the United Arab Emirates.
The agreement was formally cemented during a signing ceremony at DART’s Dubai headquarters, attended by Premanand Velumani, Associate Director of Strategic Alliances Middle East and Africa (MEA) at Zoho, and Jack Mouzer, Chief Operating Officer of Dart.
As part of this initiative, Zoho will offer $500 in wallet credits to eligible DART members, granting them access to Zoho’s extensive suite of over 55 cloud-based business applications. Furthermore, Zoho will conduct dedicated workshops, product training sessions, and webinars, providing entrepreneurs and early-stage tech businesses with the essential tools and knowledge needed to build and grow efficiently using Zoho’s technology.
This partnership aligns with Zoho’s broader “Transnational Localism” strategy, which emphasizes investing in local ecosystems. The UAE, in particular, is becoming a pivotal regional hub for advancements in AI, fintech, and digital innovation, making it a key focus area for Zoho’s localized support. Zoho reiterated its commitment to accessibility, privacy, and localization as core tenets of its platform.
Premanand Velumani of Zoho stated, “Through this partnership, we aim to empower emerging tech startups in Dubai with the tools, knowledge, and local support they need to scale confidently. As the region’s digital economy accelerates, we are growing more committed to being a long-term partner in this journey.”
Jack Mouzer of DART added, “We’re excited to be bringing Zoho’s powerful suite of tools to our clients and community members. Zoho is a household name in software and systems, and their innovative products make it easier for businesses to hit the ground running in Dubai, whether they’re startups building from scratch or established companies upgrading their tech stack.”
DART, as an innovation-focused hub, is dedicated to nurturing a thriving tech ecosystem in Dubai. It offers a pre-built network and a supportive environment designed to help companies specialize in rapidly growing sectors such as Cryptocurrency, AI, Fintech, Cybersecurity, Computer Systems, and Web3. This partnership reinforces Dubai’s ambition, outlined in its Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), to become a premier global business hub for technology companies by 2033.
