Sarah’s journey with Siemens Energy began in March 2023 as Head of HR for the Middle East Hub, where her leadership significantly aligned people strategies with the company’s transformation goals.
With over eighteen years of evolving experience in human resources, Sarah has excelled in sectors including energy, industrial, and consumer markets. Her dedication to nurturing talent, championing diversity and inclusion, and empowering leadership has fostered a dynamic and adaptive culture within the organization.
Before her impactful tenure at Siemens Energy, Sarah spent seven years at a global energy management company, where she took on several senior roles such as Global HR Director, Diversity & Inclusion Leader, and HR Director for the Middle East. During this time, she guided HR strategies across Europe, the United States, India, and China, spearheading large-scale cultural transformation projects that reshaped organizational values.
Sarah’s career roots trace back to British American Tobacco, where she managed compensation and rewards strategies across the Middle East and North Africa. She began her HR path in 2007, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and organizational development throughout the Levant and GCC regions.
In her expanded role at Siemens Energy, Sarah will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives that enhance talent strategies, boost organizational effectiveness, and cultivate purpose-led leadership. Her efforts will directly support Siemens Energy’s mission to power a sustainable future through innovation and responsibility.
