Dorothée brings with her a remarkable journey of leadership in the people space, marked by strategic thinking, deep operational insight and a strong sense of purpose. Before joining CLIMACT, she served as Chief People Officer at dshr, where she offered fractional HR leadership to fast-paced European scale-ups. Her bold, no-nonsense approach helped these agile companies build talent strategies, align people goals with profitability, and implement AI-powered HR solutions.
Prior to that, she was HR Director Belgium at a major leasing and mobility firm, where she guided operations through hybrid working models. There, Dorothée played a crucial role in strengthening performance systems, redesigning the organization, and crafting compensation strategies that reflected business priorities.
Earlier, at a well-known pet food company, she led as Head of People and Culture, supporting its rapid global expansion in the FMCG world. She focused on growing a people-centric and inclusive culture while ensuring HR aligned with commercial ambitions.
Dorothée’s foundation was built over a decade at a global consulting firm, where she rose to VP of HR and Talent, overseeing leadership development, international mobility, and large-scale HR operations. She has also contributed to top firms in legal, finance and consumer sectors, mastering everything from European labor law to succession planning and cross-border team leadership.
Now at CLIMACT, Dorothée brings this rich blend of experience to help shape a workforce aligned with sustainability, impact and innovation. Her journey is one of building people-first cultures with clarity and conviction.
