In a move to reinforce its human-first philosophy, Tridorian has appointed Mahrlene Styffe as its new Chief People and Culture Officer. With over 20 years of rich experience shaping people strategies and nurturing organizational cultures in global tech environments, Mahrlene steps into this role to guide Tridorian’s evolving journey as a premier Google Cloud partner and AI-driven transformation leader.
Mahrlene’s journey into this role is marked by a career that reflects dedication, innovation and empathy. Her most recent role was Senior HR Manager for the Nordics at a global cloud consultancy, where she was instrumental in harmonizing operations across countries, championing core value-based HR practices, and streamlining cross-regional collaboration platforms. Her leadership also drove effective talent strategies and played a central role in executive decisions as part of the leadership committee.
Before that, she served as Learning and Development Manager in Paris at the group’s headquarters, where she crafted global employee engagement programs for a workforce of over 10,000 spread across 20 nations. Her work included the rollout of unified onboarding systems and the creation of personalized career growth paths.
Earlier, as Head of People and Culture, Mahrlene co-designed a people-first EVP strategy for a multi-national team across Europe and Asia. Her holistic approach to performance management, HR frameworks and internal communications helped shape an inclusive and high-performing company culture.
Her journey began with her role as Global Recruitment Manager, where she built cloud-native teams from scratch, developed talent acquisition blueprints, and cultivated a culture aligned with the early startup’s mission. Prior to this, Mahrlene held talent and operations positions at respected Nordic firms where she honed her skills in IT hiring, systems support and HR coordination.
At Tridorian, she will now lead with the same energy and compassion, anchoring people and purpose at the heart of business strategy.
