Temenos, a banking technology business, has added two new members to its team of product executives.
Eugene Khmelevsky has been appointed Global Head of Architecture and Data, while Rohit Chauhan has been appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Chauhan is going to be in charge of Temenos’ R&D, innovation, and technology strategy.
Enhancing the platform’s adaptability to support the company’s core banking and modular solutions that are suited to the changing requirements of financial institutions is one of his duties.
With prior senior roles at JPMorgan, including Managing Director and Global Head of Digital Channels Technology, Chauhan has more than 20 years of banking and technology experience.
He oversaw JPMorgan’s strategy for digital channels, modernizing the bank’s main platform to be cloud-native and introducing next-generation digital experiences to clients throughout the globe.
He worked at Morgan Stanley for over ten years before joining JPMorgan.
Khmelevsky will be in charge of making sure Temenos’ data foundation and architecture complement its product strategy.
He has developed banking software and worked in technology for more than 25 years.
He was the Chief Mobile Architect at JCPenney and has technological leadership positions at FIS.
He most recently oversaw platform development and technology for a cloud-native firm that specialized in embedded banking.
Barb Morgan, Temenos’ Chief Product and Technology Officer, will get reports from both leaders, who are headquartered in the United States.
In order to promote long-term innovation and customer value, Morgan said the appointments demonstrate Temenos’ dedication to appointing executives with strong cloud, AI, and data knowledge, especially in high-growth areas like the U.S.
