His legacy there includes operational excellence, visionary team-building, and forging alliances that redefined client success.
His professional tapestry is rich with prior roles, such as Principal Partner for the GCC and GIC segment at a global digital transformation firm, where he played an instrumental part in scaling delivery models across borders. His strategic finesse was further sharpened during tenures with firms focused on digital hiring and IT consulting, aligning client needs with technology-driven progress across the financial and tech landscapes.
Shailendra’s early career, shaped through impactful positions with renowned consulting and technology firms, laid a strong foundation in scaling enterprise operations, building high-performance teams, and nurturing long-term client trust. From those early days at Princeton Software Exports, he has carried forward a deep commitment to innovation and purpose-led growth.
