Barancourt is no stranger to bold innovation and growth. With more than 15 years of rich leadership experience in IoT, telecom, and enterprise solutions, he has an impressive record of scaling ventures and guiding them through impactful industrial shifts. Before joining Digital Matter, Barancourt served as Group Chief Commercial Officer at UnaBiz, driving substantial expansion worldwide. He also previously founded and led Thinxtra, an early trailblazer in the APAC IoT ecosystem, and held key sales roles at NetComm Wireless and Sagemcom.
With a strong foundation in engineering and a genuine passion for impactful tech, Barancourt steps into this new journey ready to propel Digital Matter into uncharted heights. “Digital Matter has built an incredible reputation for delivering best-in-class IoT asset tracking solutions… I’m thrilled to join the team and work alongside Ken and the talented people at Digital Matter to drive the next phase of growth,” he shared.

His past roles include CEO at Invenco by GVR and senior positions at Navico and Navman, making him a powerful addition to the team’s strategic vision.
