She currently serves as Group Head – Human Resources at Nebula Infraspace Pvt. Ltd. Her previous leadership assignments include roles at Shubham Aqua Vitro Pvt. Ltd. and Unique Group.
Her professional journey also spans organisations such as Anagram Stock Broking Limited (Edelweiss), Jhagadia Copper Limited, E2E SerWiz Solution (Tata Group) and Unisoft Solutions.
A B.Com graduate and MBA, Dave brings expertise in HR business partnering, workforce planning, leadership development, change management and building high-performance workplace cultures. Her experience covers multiple sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, retail and FMCG.
