Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting elevates Bharat Kumar Ludhiyani to Group HR Head – Philippines, overseeing the human resources function for its Splash and S Brands businesses in the country. He brings more than 11 years of experience across regional HR management, mergers and acquisitions, organisational integration and HR digital transformation.

In his new role, Ludhiyani will lead the people and organisational strategy for the company’s Philippine operations. This includes Splash Corporation, with brands such as SkinWhite, Vitress, Hygienix and Maxi-Peel, as well as S Brands, whose portfolio features KeratinPlus, AlcoPlus, Empress and DeoPlus.

A key part of his responsibilities will be managing the HR aspects of post-acquisition integration, aligning people practices and strengthening organisational effectiveness across the businesses. Alongside his country-level responsibilities, he is also leading the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across Wipro Consumer Care’s international markets. The initiative focuses on HR process integration, standardisation and change management.

Ludhiyani has been associated with Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting for nearly a decade, progressing through several HR leadership roles. Before taking up his current position, he served as Senior Regional HR Manager for more than 3 years in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He previously held the position of Regional HR Manager, gaining experience in managing cross-border HR operations.

Earlier, he worked as M&A Project Manager – Human Resources in the Philippines for nearly 3 years. In this role, he developed expertise in people-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including organisational integration. He began his full-time career with the company as Manager – HR, responsible for regional HR operations in South India, based in Chennai. He also completed an internship with Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting in Bengaluru, working on employer branding, talent assessment and related HR initiatives.

Before moving into human resources, Ludhiyani spent approximately 2.5 years with Syndicate Bank, which was later amalgamated with Canara Bank. Based in the Gwalior region, he handled retail banking operations, loan processing, deposit growth initiatives, non-performing asset recovery and customer engagement. This experience gave him an understanding of business operations and financial services.

Academically, Ludhiyani holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi (IIM Ranchi).

His appointment reflects his progression across HR roles in India, Malaysia and the Philippines. With experience in regional people management, acquisition integration and HR technology initiatives, he will lead the people agenda for Wipro Consumer Care’s Philippine businesses while contributing to its wider international HR transformation.
