Veltris, an AI-native Digital Product Engineering Services partner, and GrowGCC, an India GCC advisory firm, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to offer AI-ready Micro Global Capability Center (Micro GCC) engagements for mid-market companies and private equity-backed portfolio businesses.

The collaboration brings together GrowGCC’s GCC advisory and setup expertise with Veltris’s Vertical AI and technology execution capabilities. GrowGCC will support feasibility assessments, financial modeling, entity and legal setup, talent strategy, and governance design. Veltris will focus on industry-specific Vertical AI development and IP incubation, data and AI modernization, and AI-augmented engineering. Engagements may follow advisory-led setup, managed AI operations, or Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) models. Further details on the joint offering are available at https://www.veltris.com/ai-native-micro-gccs/.

For PE sponsors, a Micro GCC can become a value-creation lever rather than simply a cost line. An owned, AI-enabled engineering and operations center can support EBITDA margin improvement and R&D productivity during the hold period, with the potential to extend relevant capabilities across similar portfolio companies. Clear ownership of the center’s capabilities and intellectual property can also support the value-creation story during exit diligence.

“PE-backed companies don’t need more offshore capacity; they need assets built around their industry. Together with GrowGCC, we help PE portfolio and mid-market companies launch India centers that are AI-native from day one and grounded in micro-industry expertise, so they can reimagine workflows and monetize the outcomes.”— Hiral Chandrana, CEO, Veltris

“For a PE-backed company, the question is rarely whether India makes sense. It is whether the center will be an asset the company owns at exit,” said Shaishav Shah, GrowGCC. “A successful GCC takes the right strategy, operating model, governance and execution, not just infrastructure and talent. With Veltris, we bring those foundations together with Vertical AI, so companies build centers that drive innovation and that they own.”

Veltris has been recognized as a Best Emerging Firm in the 2026 HFS Services-as-Software™ Awards (12 winners selected from more than 250 submissions) and as an AI-First Consulting Firm by Constellation Research. These recognitions reflect AI capabilities already proven in production, the foundation for standing up centers that are productive from the start.

GrowGCC’s leaders bring more than 30 years of experience in setting up and scaling GCCs across India, Tunisia, and the Caribbean. Their experience spans GCC strategy, operating models, governance, and execution, supporting companies as they establish centers aligned with their business objectives.
